Refund policy

We aim to produce high quality designs and products to all customers around the world. We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their order and experience with us.

We have a 30-day refund or reprint policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or reprint.

To be eligible for a return or reprint, your item must be defective/damaged or not what you requested. 

To start a refund or return, you can contact us at eclipisfyofficial@gmail.com. If your refund or reprint is accepted, we will send you further instructions on what to do with your order.

Defective/damaged products
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We can then evaluate the issue and come to a resolution. 

Non-returnable items/Custom designs
Custom items can only be refunded or reprinted if errors have been made on our behalf. Custom designs that have design mistakes or errors that are submitted to us cannot be refunded or reprinted. However we will do our best to inspect all designs submitted by customers thoroughly before order confirmation and printing.

Refunds
We will notify you if a refund for your order was approved or not under our Quality Guarantee Commitment. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Late/Delayed Products 
If a product is late or delayed due to courier services, we will not issue a refund for your product. Please understand that once an order has been shipped it is out of our control. Please see shipping policy for more information.
